All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Standard shipping within Australia takes 5–10 business days. Express shipping (3–5 business days) is available at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD.
We ship worldwide. International orders typically take 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our prices and are outside our control.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
