We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
Email us at hello@realggsgolf.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1 business day. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@realggsgolf.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get you the right item.
